Stakeholder Management, Event Activation & Sponsorship

Supa Centa’s management team approached Code Camp hoping to create a school holiday event to bring more kids (and shopping parents!) into the centre.

This required some out-of-the-box thinking and savvy stakeholder management as both parties had high expectations around brand exposure and database leveraging opportunities.

With a ‘let’s find a way to skin this cat’ solutionist attitude, Arielle consulted with Code Camp’s founders to devise a smart strategy to ensure the event could be run to keep all stakeholders happy.

The event was a true success with all coding workshops booking out before the holidays and a true value with all sale proceeds going directly to supporting Starlight Children’s Foundation.
